Nous avons choisi de commencer par la vie des Indiens en moyenne montagne. Cette existence est rude pour les habitants; ils élèvent des animaux avec les moyens dont ils disposent; Ils font eux mêmes la nourriture pour les porcs, les plantations pour la maison. ils transportent aussi l'herbe sur leur dos afin de nourrir les bovins.
